Chocolate Chip Cookies


This is a little different because I don’t use my own recipe. This one was made by Lauren Allen at “Tastes Better from Scratch” (related to her by marriage, but I literally just found that out when I was looking up whom to attribute this recipe to!) and I just substitute einkorn or spelt flour for normal flour, but otherwise use the recipe as is. Best chocolate chips cookies ever. If you’re wondering why mine are in a dutch oven, the recipe makes so many I didn’t have a container big enough for all of them (and yes, I will be eating every single one of these).
