Spirituality
Spirituality is often confusing, demoralizing, or associated with trauma for people raised in abusive religious homes. But spirituality is a real aspect of our existence which can help us find peace, healing, comfort, and insight. This section is a supplement to my forthcoming book, Under a Libra God and can be used as a quick guide to practical spirituality. Many articles posted in the blog section of this site also contain lessons of a spiritual nature.
I am 100% aware of the apparent absurdity of a scientist such as myself also embracing astrology as a vehicle to spirituality. But, as I discuss in Under a Libra God, there is actually a very real and natural phenomena which astrology attempts to describe (more or less depending on the century we’re discussing), which is not in fact mystical or fortune-telling but based on real observational corollary wherein we can observe the physical laws of the Universe reflected back at us in the motion and relative nature of planets and cycles which correlates with our lived experiences because everything in reality is subject to the same immutable laws which construct reality, and we are not arbitrarily freed from those laws and principles just because we are humans possessed of reason and desires for control.
Most astrologers are not helpful, however, and while there are many well-meaning sources most of it is a circus of exploitation and frivolity which is meant for nothing more than entertainment and wish fulfillment, and the purpose of this work is to better elucidate the real, underlying phenomena and corollary seen in astrology with our lived experiences for the purpose of understanding existential dilemmas and spiritually.
Many astrologers fixate on daily horoscopes and other short term influences because traumatized, anxious, and fearful people are always anticipating the next day and live in fear of the unknown. But long-term influences are more useful for understanding the long arcs of our lives, so this content is intended to better expand on useful knowledge and instruct people in the useful application of this knowledge.

As explained in Under a Libra God, at least some physical health is required in order to facilitate spiritual experiences, otherwise we feel restless, irritable, depressed, or distracted due to the effect of oxidative stress and high stress hormones on the mind and body. Resolving most health problems as discussed in Fuck Portion Control is thus very helpful.
Most important for facilitation of spiritually is the practice of inventory therapy (youtube instructional video) as instructed in The Perfect Child (the most thorough instruction) for the resolution of unresolved trauma, fear, and control behaviors. None of my work would exist if I had not found (and developed) inventory therapy through recovery programs. Spirituality is ultimately a surrender to the conditions of life, but unresolved control and coping mechanisms are the opposite of surrender, so we cannot expect to have spiritually fulfilling experiences while actively trying to control life or and the people in it.

***It is very important to remember that astrology can be every bit as unproductive and harmful as helpful and illuminating, which is all a function of personal delusion and unresolved fears, insecurity, trauma, and coping mechanisms, and using astrology without also resolving those problems will do nothing but further empower them.
